Annual Passes
Annual Passes are great for the frequent user of our services. Paying in advance, you get a 15% discount. 31 days of boarding are added to your account when you purchase a pass. Every time you make a booking your days on your pass are used instead of money. (Because you have already paid in advance).
Any deposits already paid on bookings will be added to your pass in days so whatever you have paid already will be added at the price you paid for it (not at the discounted rate as those previous amounts are already in our accounts).
Passes must be used within 12 months. This means if you have a holiday in Jan 2027 you must book it with us within 12 months of purchasing your pass. Any days not used after 12 months will be lost so please make sure you work out what amount of days you will be using within the timeframe allowed..as long as the booking is made and on the system for whatever year you decide then that booking will be honoured.
Why are we offering passes? We are trying where possible to give our customers something to help with their costs. We appreciate everything is going up, we know the feeling. This helps us as we don't end up with millions of transaction fees which seem to increase each month and it helps you because your getting a 15% discount on our current prices.
How can you pay? We now offer ClearPay and Klarna subject to their lending criteria so you could spread the cost of these passes should you wish, we also accept all major Credit and Debit cards.
TERMS:Please note all passes are non refundable and cannot be exchanged. The same terms of boarding also apply to the passes so for example if you use 3 days up for a deposit on a booking, those 3 days would be lost if you cancelled. If you cancel within 4 weeks of arrival, again those days you have used would be lost in full as per our terms because if you cancel within 4 weeks of arrival you would have to pay for the booking in full. Bookings cannot be moved to another date unless its within a few days of the original booking.(Subject to availability) We would not move a booking into another month.Our main terms can be found here please do read them to save confusion
Please make sure you already have an account with us prior to purchasing a pass. Passes are for existing customers only. If you purchase a two dog pass but you loose one of your dogs, unfortunately the pass will stand just for the one remaining dog (no extra days will be added), if you get another dog then the pass can cover both the old and new dog. Please make sure you think it through if you have an elderly or ill dog.
We will be limiting the time these passes are available so do not hang around thinking they will be here forever, we have set a certain amount of passes for each category. When they are gone, they are gone.
